Pelican Point Neighbourhood Commercial Centre
The site has a unique location in that it occupies a prominent position situated on the south west corner of the intersection of Estuary Drive, Old Coast Road and Hamilton Road. The site adjoins the Sanctuary Golf Course and residential estate and is situated in close proximity to the Pelican Point, Grand Canals and Eaton residential areas.
The Outline Development Plan depicts the development concept for the site, which includes the development of a Local Commercial Centre, comprising commercial and retail uses, transitional land uses and residential uses, which will benefit and service the surrounding areas.
Pelican Point Neighbourhood Commercial Centre has been formulated based upon careful consideration of a range of factors including zoning requirements, land use integration, environmental considerations and aesthetic considerations. |
