TME were Town Planners and Engineers for the later stages of unique 300 lot Australind Estate.

Its proximity adjacent to the Brunswick River makes it a highly attractive estate for purchasers and this has been enhanced by the construction of an artificial wetland in the centre of the estate.

The whole development has been focussed around this wetland, which serves the dual purpose of stormwater treatment as well as a storage basin for bore water prior to use for reticulation on the Public Open Space areas of the estate.

The foreshore area of the estate has also been used for integrated water management solutions.

The final stage of the development in 2007 consisted the construction of a sustainable village development adjacent the central open space area of the development.
