The balance of the project consists of 250 is complete and second stage underway in 2007. Unique and challenging aspects of the project include the rehabilitation of a disused rubbish tip, concealed limestone pinnacles on portions of the site, the need to maximise retention of existing vegetation on the site, revitalisation and redevelopment of an existing entry road which provides the sole access to the site, Aboriginal heritage issues including sacred climbing trees. |
The City of Bunbury in conjunction with the Department of Land Administration are currently developing the College Grove Subdivision in Bunbury. The most recent stage, Woodcrest Rise, is being undertaken by Landcorp as joint venture partner with the City and DOLA. Landcorp has also taken on the Project Management and funding responsibility for the balance of the project.TME have been commissioned by Landcorp to undertake the full Engineering design, documentation and construction phase services for the balance of the estate.
