Bunbury Port Inner Harbour Structure Plan
This structure plan is a requirement of the City of Bunbury Town Planning Scheme No 7 and is also needed to guide long term development of the Port and its interface with surrounding land uses. In this project, TME’s experience in statutory and strategic planning, community consultation and project management has been engaged to complement and co-ordinate the input of a broad-based project team and to liaise closely with relevant government agencies. At the conclusion of the technical investigations and community engagement, Thompson McRobert Edgeloe is responsible for preparing the structure plan and briefing the respective decision-making bodies during the approval process. |
The Bunbury Port Authority has engaged TME to draw together the inputs of a team of urban design, engineering and environmental consultants to prepare an Inner Harbour Structure Plan for approval by the Bunbury City Council, the Environmental Protection Authority and the Western Australian Planning Commission.
