The firm has established a very strong reputation in engineering in the field of land and infrastructure development through its involvement in a number of major developments in the South West.  Specific expertise in the area of Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) has lead to many notable developments that incorporate benchmark designs using a range of best management practices. This is achieved through designs and practices that complement the site’s existing characteristics while incorporating WSUD.  Some of TME’s innovative designs have included landscaped stormwater treatment and reuse lakes, living streams in multiple use corridors, cascading bioretention gardens and landscaped roadside swales.

TME Director, Wayne Edgeloe, also has specific expertise in the design of Harness Racing Tracks and is one of the leading designers of trotting tracks in Australia.  He has undertaken a number of major track reconstructions in Victoria and has consulted to most other states in Australia on track designs.
