Treendale Estate
TME was appointed as planners and engineers from the inception of the Treendale project. Together with developers, the Coote family,TME has implemented design initiatives in Town Centre and Main Street planning, Water Sensitive Design and Engineering.
TME was recently announced as the winner of the UDIA (WA) Award for Urban Water Excellence and was a finalist in the Masterplanned Development category for the Treendale Estate.

Bethanie Group Lifestyle Villages
The Bethanie Group is widely respected for its expertise in developing and managing accommodation facilities designed to cater for the aged and disabled.
TME has been associated as Civil Engineers and Planners with the Bethanie Group in the various locations throughout the state.
In 2007, Bethanie Waters Village was awarded the Master Builders Australia Award for Lifestyle Housing for Seniors and in 2010, Bethanie Fields Lifestyle Village received the Urban Development Institute Award for Senior's Living.
Kemerton Industrial Park Strategy Plan
In 2009, TME in association with Coffey Environments and William James Landscape Architect were successful in winning the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) WA Division award category Rural and Regional Planning Achievement for Kemerton Industrial Park Strategy Plan in the 2009 Awards for Excellence.

Bunbury Trotting Track Redevelopment
A further milestone is design and construction management of the Bunbury Trotting Track Redevelopment, producing a track that is technically the fastest in Australia.
In September 2002 this project was awarded the Institute of Engineers Australia Engineering Excellence Award in the category of Engineering for Regional Communities.
The project was also nominated for a national award in that category.
Dalyellup Beach Estate
In 1999 TME was presented with a commendation in the Planning and Development category of the Royal Australian Planning Institute (WA) for the preparation of the Dalyellup Beach Estate Local Structure Plan.
The Dalyellup Beach Estate Local Structure Plan was awarded the National Royal Australian Planning Institute award for Excellence in Planning in 2000.
The citation of the award stated that “Community aspirations and contemporary urban design have inspired a spacious and a relaxed country lifestyle choice for the Dalyellup Beach Estate. The best environmental features are protected with new urban forms of this attractive coastal village. Community commitment, seen through earlier district planning phases and the community workshops, has been an important influence in the final village design and the retention of significant areas of native forest, understorey and groundcover”.
Dalyellup Beach Estate was nominated for the State Urban Development Institute of Australia Awards in November 2001 and went on to win the ‘Residential Development 250 lots or more’ category.
In 2002 Dalyellup Beach Estate was awarded the UDIA National ‘Masterplanned Development’ Award and also the Planning Institute of Australia (WA Division) Special Commendation for Urban Design Built.
In 2003 TME was presented with Judge Citation Masterplanned Development by the UDIA for Dalyellup Beach Estate.
 
South West Region Small Business Award
In 1997 Thompson McRobert Edgeloe was awarded the Most Innovative Enterprise Award in the South West Region Small Business Awards.
Subsequently Thompson McRobert Edgeloe went on to win the State’s Best Business With Fewer Than 10 Employees and was a finalist in the National Telstra and Australian Government Small Business Awards in the category of Australia’s Best Business With Fewer Than 10 Employees.

Windy Harbour Management Plan
In 1998 TME secured the Royal Australian Planning Institute (WA) Occassional Special Award for the preparation of the Windy Harbour Management Plan.
